Action

The African-American Kenya McQueen is a successful career. She wants to do everything perfectly - at work as well as setting up her apartment. McQueen gets to know the white landscape architect Brian Kelly, with whom it arranges to meet.

McQueen's friends and family of those harry, enter into a relationship with an African-American. She meets from time to time with the black tax attorney Mark Harper, but then it returns to Kelly.

Roger Ebert wrote in the Chicago Sun - Times 3 February 2006, the film set not on formulas or simple answers. It offers all the elements of a love story, but also respect his character and treat the racial issues more complex than one might expect.

The editors of Rotten Tomatoes wrote the film thematize seriously the problems of the relations between people of different races. His "authentic attraction " and " seductive romance " would develop as naturally as the plot.
