Russell Hornsby
Russell Hornsby ( born 1974 in Oakland, California) is an American actor.
Life and career
In his school days, spent Russell Hornsby at St. Mary's College High School in Berkeley, he played football. He confessed, however, to act in order. His first theater role was offered a role in The Wiz - The Wizard of Oz. After finishing school he attended Boston University. He then continued his studies at the University of Oxford.
After completing his studies he moved to New York City and worked at the Off- Broadway. 1990 Hornsby then decided to move to Los Angeles to appear in movies and on television. His first role was in 1999 that of the guy in Woo. In the same year, followed by an appearance in Law & Order. A year later, he appeared briefly in the film My bride, her father and I before in the series Gideon 's Crossing held a lead role between 2000 and 2001. 2002 followed by a role in Haunted. It was followed by appearances in Grey's Anatomy ( 2005), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2005) and Playmakers. From 2007 to 2009 he starred in the ABC Family series Lincoln Heights as Eddie Sutton. His career also includes more guest roles in The Good Wife (2010 ) Shameless (2011) and Suits ( 2011). Since 2011 Russell Hornsby is one of the Furthermore, the main cast of the show Grimm. He plays there next to David Giuntoli, Silas Weir Mitchell, Sasha Roiz and the Detective Hank Griffin.
