Sons of Otis
Sons Of Otis is a Stoner Doom band from Toronto, Canada which was founded in 1992 by Ken Baluke.
The band
From the underground music of the period influenced ( Melvins, Fudge Tunnel, Shallow North Dakota), the band released their first album " Paid To Suffer" in 1994. Subsequent albums are increasingly influenced by psychedelic sounds, what with too immediate associations of Stoner Rock and Doom scene led.
Already 11 drummers played with Sons Of Otis and in the studio and in live concerts was alternatively placed on drum machines. All albums released by 2007 the band have been published over now non-existent labels.
The album " Exiled " was released in February 2009 on Small Stone Records, as well as the published in August 2012 " Seismic ".
