Soulcage

Soul Cage is a Finnish progressive metal band.

Biography

The band was founded in Helsinki in 1999. 2004 saw the first demo " With the Time I Run". She stands at the Finnish independent label Hellas Records and published there in 2006 their debut album " Dead Water Diary". In April 2009, followed by the second album " Soul for Sale". The pre-release single, "My Canvas, My Skin " was also placed at number 10 of the Finnish single charts.

Singer Aleksi Parviainen is incidentally vocal coach (among other things by Ari Koivunen ) and also works for many Finnish bands like Stratovarius, Kiuas and Ensiferum as background singers. In addition, he has arranged for both albums of the Northern Kings.

"Soul For Sale" was released on April 8, 2009 in Finland. The album was released on May 8, 2009 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and will be released on April 23, 2010 in the UK.
