SpaceShipThree

SpaceShipThree is the name of a potential future spacecraft from Scaled Composites and Virgin Galactic. Original plans from 2005, according to SpaceShipThree should be developed after a success of SpaceShipTwo for orbital space flights.

In 2008, plans were announced, after which SpaceShipThree to be used for suborbital point - to-point flights around the earth. This could significantly reduce current flight durations for long-haul flights.
