Special Representative of the Secretary-General

A UN Special Representative (Special Representative of the Secretary - General ) is a respected expert who is appointed by the Secretary-General of the United Nations to represent in conflict with human rights respect the Secretary-General and with it the moral authority of the community. Here, the UN Special Representative state visits, investigations and negotiations performs on behalf of the United Nations.
