Srebrinovo

Srebrinowo ( Bulgarian Сребриново, before 1934 Sarbinowo ( Сърбиново ) ) is a village in the rural community in southwestern Bulgaria Panagjurischte with about 16 inhabitants. It is in the Oblast Pazardzhik to about 695 meters above sea level. The village secluded in the Saschtinska Sredna Gora, the western ridge of the Sredna Gora, is about 25 km drive west from the administrative seat of the municipality in Panagjurischte.

Srebrinowo wore until the coup in Bulgaria in 1934 by the right-wing nationalist organization Zveno headed by Kimon Georgiev and in the same year by radical administrative reform set the name Sarbinowo ( Сърбиново alternatively transcribed Serbinowo / Srbinowo ).
