Staranzano
The community Staranzano with 7219 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) is located in northeast Italy in the Friuli- Venezia Giulia, near the mouth of the Isonzo.

History
The community was until the end of World War I part of the county of Gorizia and Gradisca, where she was placed under the jurisdiction Monfalcone, which in turn was part of the district Monfalcone.
