Stefan Guzy

Stefan Guzy ( born 1980 ) is a German poster designer, graphic designer and typographer.

Life and work

Guzy studied 2001-2007 at the Berlin University of Arts Visual Communication under Stefan Sagmeister, Holger Matthies, Daniela Haufe / Detlef Fiedler and Melchior Imboden .. He founded in Berlin in 2001 with his partner Björn restart the Design Studio Twelve, especially for the his typographic posters ( José González, William Fitzsimmons ) and experimental product designs ( ruin, Elyjah ) has received several international awards. So with the Art Directors Club Gold Award (2008) and Silver ( 2010) and the European Design Award in Gold (2010) and Silver ( 2009).

His work was shown at various poster biennials such as Toyama (2009), Lahti (2009) and Tehran ( 2009).

In 2011 he was elected to the jury for the 90th Art Directors Club Annual Award.
