Stephen Desberg

Stephen Desberg ( born September 10, 1954 in Brussels, Belgium) is a Belgian comic book writer and successfully with both Funnys and in the realistic genre. The majority of texted him comic series are also available in German translation.

Life

From 1976 to Stephen Desbergs first published short stories in the comic magazine " Tintin ". In addition Desberg Maurice Tillieux assisted in the scenario of " Tif et Tondu " ( German: " Harry and plate "). After Tillieux ' death, he continued to work on the series and wrote the lyrics from now alone. Around the same time, there were also a first collaboration with Eric Maltaite for whom he wrote the scenarios for stories like " Jules et Gil " or " La Famille Herodius ".

Thanks to its now rapidly growing awareness he soon expanded its activities from. For Benn, he created the "Mic Mac Adam ," Colman for "Billy the Cat". In 1979, the mini-series " 421 " was created by Eric Maltaite, with whom he later also " Carmen Lamour " (1993) realized. In 1987 a collaboration with Daniel Desorgher " Jimmy Touseul " ( German: " Jimmy Wynberg ").
