Sunifred II of Cerdanya

Sunifred II († 966 ), was a Count of Cerdanya, Conflent and Besalu from the House of Barcelona. He was the eldest of the four sons of Miró the Younger, Count of Cerdanya, Conflent and Besalu, and his wife Ava. His brothers were Wilfried II, Oliba cabretas and Miró Bonfill.

When his father's death 927 Sunifred inherited the counties of Cerdanya and Conflent and the heritage -less death of his brother Wilfried II 957 he also took Besalu. Hardly anything is known about him. He supported the establishment of the church of Sant Pere of Besalu by his brother Miró Bonfill. On October 1, 966 he had written his will and made ​​his last donation on October 30. Shortly thereafter, he must have died.
