TAF Linhas Aéreas

TAF Linhas Aéreas was a Brazilian airline based in Fortaleza. She performed both freight and passenger flights.

History

In 1971, the airline was founded as Táxi Aéreo Fortaleza. In 1995 it was renamed the TAF Linhas Aéreas. On 15 June 2010, she was withdrawn from the approval by the National Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil.

Destinations

TAF flies exclusively nationally within Brazil from Fortaleza airport, for example, to Belém, Manaus, Recife, São Luís and Teresina.

Among other things, the line used the former Lufthansa Landshut that was hijacked to Mogadishu in 1977 as a cargo plane.
