Tamsin Greig
Tamsin Greig Margaret M. [ tæmzɪn ɡrɛɡ ] ( born February 23, 1967 in Kent, England) is a British actress.
Life
Tamsin Greig was born in 1967 as the second of three daughters of a color chemist and an amateur actress in Kent. At the age of three years Greig moved with her family to Kilburn, a district of London. There she attended the Malorees Junior School and the Camden School for Girls which she graduated with a high school in English, French and mathematics. In addition, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Drama at the University of Birmingham, which she attended from 1985 to 1989. After her studies she worked until 1996 at the Family Planning Association.
Greig Currently lives in Kensal Green. She herself is a Christian but describes himself as an atheist. In addition, Greig lives vegetarian.
In May 1997, Greig Richard Leaf, whom they had met on the set of Neverwhere married. The couple has three children.
Career
Her career as actress began in 1991 in the radio soap opera The Archers radio station BBC Radio 4 as Debbie Aldridge. Since their work increased in other areas, they reduced their activity in The Archers.
One of her first TV appearances graduated Tamsin Greig in the mini-series Neverwhere. Her first role was from 2000 to 2004 in the sitcom Black Books as Fran Katzenjammer. From 2004 to 2006 she played the role of Dr. Caroline Todd in Green Wing series. The embodiment of that role earned her a 2005 Royal Television Society Award. In 2006, she starred as Caroline in the film The Secret Policeman 's Ball. From 2005 to 2008 the lead role of Alice Chenery followed in the series Love Soup by BBC. In 2009 she held a role in The Diary of Anne Frank before she was seen in 2010 in the movie Tamara Drewe. In 2011 she landed the role of Beverly Lincoln in the produced by the American broadcaster Showtime and the British broadcaster BBC Two series Episodes. Their role is in addition to the Matt LeBlanc and Stephen Mangan one of the main characters. From 2011 to 2012 she was also in Friday Night Dinner to see, as well as 2012 in White Heat.
