Tășnad

Tăşnad ( Trestenburg German, Hungarian Tăşnad ) is a town in north-western Romania on the edge of the Great Hungarian Plain, in Satu Mare County, with about 9500 inhabitants, predominantly Hungarian population. The city has an Orthodox, Reformed and Catholic Church. Since the 1970s, the hot springs are used for curative purposes, the bathroom is currently being expanded with EU funds.
