Ted Irvine

Ted Irvine Amos ( born December 8, 1944 in Winnipeg, Manitoba ) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player who for the Boston Bruins, Los Angeles Kings, New York Rangers and St. Louis Blues played from 1964 to 1977 in the National Hockey League. He is the father of Canadian professional wrestler Chris Jericho.

Career

His junior, he played in the highest junior league in Manitoba at the St. Boniface Canadiens. For the season 1963/64, it came for the Boston Bruins, but there in the two years he managed only one game in the NHL and played mostly at the Minneapolis Bruins. His career continued at the Oklahoma City Blazers. By extending the NHL from six to twelve teams, the number of required players increased and so the links from the outside was 1967/68 season by putting in the NHL with the Los Angeles Kings. At the end of his third season, he joined the New York Rangers. There he played until the 1974 season / 75th This was followed by two years with the St. Louis Blues before he left after the 1976/77 season of the NHL. He left his career with a season at the St. James Braves in the CSHL finish.
