Ted Shackelford

Ted Shackelford ( born June 23, 1946 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma ) is an American actor.

As the eldest son of five siblings Ted Shackelford spent part of his childhood in Tulsa. Later, the family had to move to Long Iceland, since his father was stationed there in the military. After another move to New York, the young Ted was first introduced to the world of show business and theater in contact and decided to study acting.

Shackelford moved a little later to Denver, Colorado, where he studied at the University of Denver. During his studies he worked in theater productions such as Night Of The Iguna, Sunday In New York and My Three Angels with. After studying back in New York Shackelford took in order to preserve its financial independence, a job as a night porter at. In 1975, one he finally offered a TV role in the soap opera Another World.

Career

Since October 5, 1991 Ted Shackelford is married to the Danish Annette Wolfe. Previously, he was romantically involved with his fellow actress Teri Austin of Knots Landing and first marriage (1976-1987) with Janis Leverenz.
