Telma Hopkins

Telma Louise Hopkins ( born October 28, 1948 in Louisville, Kentucky, USA) is an American singer and actress.

Hopkins began her artistic career as one half of the singers duo Dawn, the group Tony Orlando and Dawn. Acquaintance it was the German-speaking public only with the television series Family Matters (AKA Family Matters ), which aired on Pro7 from 1995. Hopkins played in Family Matters until 1994 Aunt Rachel Crawford. 2002 to 2006 she played Phyllis Thorne in the U.S. TV series Half & Half.

In 1985, she took a role in the movie Trancers. In the first two sequels in 1990 and 1994, she appeared again in her role.
