Tereza Kerndlová

Tereza Kerndlová ( born October 6, 1986 in Brno, Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech singer whose music styles are the popular music and rhythm and blues.

With her parents, she began traveling at the age of two and a half years on cruise ships through Europe. Her father is the Jazz and Swing Artist Laďa Kerndl, the cruise ships had permanent commitment. That's why she was first enrolled in Montenegro.

She learned several years flute and piano playing. Even at age eight, she joined occasionally with her father, with whom she sang several duets on its eighth studio album. Kerndlová was five years in the choir of Iva Bittová.

Tereza began in 2001 her professional music career at the age of 15 years. Together with Tereza Černochová and Helena Zetova they made the girl trio Black Milk. The debut album Modrej Dym won 2002 in the category Discovery of the year the Český slavík. The follow-up album Sedmkrát appeared in 2003. In spring 2005, Black Milk dissolved and Tereza Kerndlová took her solo album Orchidej on, published on 27 March 2006. Her second solo album, Have Some Fun was published on 5 November 2007. The first single taken from it was a cover version of the title " Careless Whisper".

On January 26, 2008, she won the live broadcast by Czech Television preliminary euro song and represented the Czech Republic with the title song of her album, " Have Some Fun ", the Euro Vision Song Contest 2008 in Belgrade. In the second semi-final of the Euro Vision Song Contest on 22 May 2008 did not succeed Kerndlová to qualify for the two days later held the final.

Less well known is that Kerndlová was six times Czech champion in Step dancing and scored with a 4th and 6th place in the World Championships and the European champion in this discipline even in international comparison results. In addition Kerndlová an expansive career as a voice actress. Over the years, it has awarded more than two hundred series and films her voice.
