Terje Krokstad

Terje Krokstad ( born October 1, 1956 in Krokstadøra ) is a former Norwegian biathlete.

Terje Krokstad started as Active for Krokstadøra IL. He won the gold medal in the relay race at the Biathlon Junior World Championships 1977 in Lillehammer with Kjell Sobakk and Odd Lirhus. A year later he joined in Hochfilzen already at the Senior World Championships and was 13th of the Sprint race. 1979 Krokstad was in Ruhpolding 32 of sprints and 23 of the Single Page. The 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid were first highlight for the Norwegians, he finished in the sprint the 17th Place. The greatest international success celebrated Krokstad at the Biathlon World Championships 1982 in Minsk.
