The Thundermans
The Thunder Mans ( Original title: The Thunder Mans) is an American youth science fiction television series that is produced for the TV station Nickelodeon since 2013. The series was developed by Jed Spingarn. It is about a suburban family who has super powers. The first episode was on 14 October 2013, the U.S. television channel Nickelodeon.
Action
At first glance, the family Thunderman seems to be a typical suburban family. But appearances are deceptive, because the Thunder Mans have super powers. Each of them has a special super power, except the 13 -year-old Phoebe, who has the same 12 of these. But in another case it different from her twin brother Max while it develops into a super heroine, her brother is a super villain.
Production
In August 2012, Nickelodeon announced the production of the series pilot. The pilot episode was filmed in October 2012. On February 18, 2013, the station ordered a first season with 13 episodes. Even before the broadcast of the first episode seven more episodes have been ordered so that the first season is 20 episodes.
On December 20, 2013 Nickelodeon ordered a second season with 20 episodes.

Broadcast
A preview of the first episode was aired as a preview after the premiere of a new episode of SpongeBob SquarePants on 14 October 2013. The regular broadcasting began on 2 November 2013.
In Germany the first season to take place from 30 March 2014 Nickelodeon. The first episode will be shown after the Kids' Choice Awards 2014.
