Theo Peckham

Theo Peckham ( born November 10, 1987 in Richmond Hill, Ontario ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is since July 2013 for the Chicago Black Hawks in the National Hockey League contract.

Career

Theo Peckham began his career as a hockey player with the North York Rangers, for by 2004 he was active from 2003 in the Canadian Junior Football League Ontario Provincial Junior A Hockey League. Then the defender went to the Owen Sound Attack in the Ontario Hockey League. There the links Sagittarius developed over the following three years as Defensive Allrounder, where he also also offensively came into existence and in a total of 181 games of the regular season, scored 60 points scorer. NHL Entry Draft 2006 Peckham was selected in the third round to 75th position from the Edmonton Oilers. The 2007/08 season he spent with the Springfield Falcons, the former farm team the Oilers in the American Hockey League and established himself at once as an important part of the team. In the same season Peckham also completed his debut in the National Hockey League for the Edmonton Oilers. The following two years he was both for the Falcons in the AHL as well as for the Oilers in the NHL active and completed while a total of 84 games in the AHL and 30 games in the NHL.

In July 2010, signed Peckham after the meantime, his contract had expired, a new temporary one-year contract with the Edmonton Oilers. For the 2013/14 season the defender signed a one-year contract with the Chicago Blackhawks.
