Action

St. Augustine, Florida, 1969. The greatest desire of the young Tommy Wheeler is there to watch the fireworks from the roof of the lighthouse but comical neighbors, mean peers and hopeless parents stand him getting in your way. The boy's seemingly simple goal develops into a battle in which his understanding is provided by life to the test.
