Thomas Klasen

Thomas Klasen ( born September 16, 1983 in Mayen ) is a German football player.

Career

He began in the youth divisions of the 1st FC Kaiserslautern and TuS Mayen. The Mayenern Klasen managed on the U19 into the first team. For the season 2003/ 04 he moved to the 2nd Bundesliga for Eintracht Trier. After two years in the second highest German league Thomas Klasen increased with the Moselle from townspeople to the Regionalliga Süd. In January 2006 he joined the amateur team of the 1st FC Kaiserslautern around for season 2007/ 08 Kickers Emden to join, where he signed a contract until July 1, 2009. This was completed January 31, 2009 ahead of schedule. He was then the regional division SV Elversberg to June 2010 under contract. After end of the contract Thomas Klasen signed a contract until 2012 at the TuS Koblenz in the 3rd league. After the descent of the TuS to the Regionalliga he extended his contract until 2013, but then received a new contract more in Koblenz.

For the 2013/14 season Klasen joined the Football League for FC Karbach Rhine country. There he will be active both as a player and as an assistant coach.
