The Tiene is a right tributary of the Radegast in northwest Mecklenburg -Vorpommern.

The river rises on the western shore of Wedendorfer lake, which is among others of the Kellerbäk. In first western direction of flow of the stream passes through a erosion valley with steep slopes and in Köchelstorfer mill a mill pond. Built in 1826 the building of the former water mill is used as a residence since 1995. The section of the river is located in the conservation area Köchelstorfer mill including Wedendorfer lake. The protected status was made in 1956 with the purpose to maintain the mill as then popular destination and the trail to Wedendorfer mansion in scenic location.

In now a northwesterly flow direction Tiene runs meandering on the municipal boundary between Wedendorfersee and Rehna. From the height of the Rehnaer hamlet Brützkow the stream is straightened. On the water meadows leads east past Rehna and takes several drainage ditches. Already in the nature reserve Radegasttal opens the Tiene 1.5 km north of the city center in the Rehnaer Radegast.
