The Tingwall Airport, also Lerwick / Tingwall Airport, is an airport on the mainland of the Shetland Islands in the eponymous valley Tingwall. He has only a very limited infrastructure and is accessible via the A971. Operator of the aerodrome is the Shetland Islands Council. From Monday to Friday, the airline offers direct flight connections to Out Skerries, Foula, Fair Isle and Papa Stour.
