Tobacco Dock

The Tobacco Dock is of historical interest as Listed Buildings Grade I after warehouse in Wapping (London), now part of the Docklands area. It was built around 1812 and served as a warehouse for imported tobacco. It is a brick building with many ornaments made ​​of brick and cast iron. It is located in a group of docks, the London docks, but they are filled mostly today.

In 1990 the building was converted into a shopping center, which cost £ 47 million and should give rise to a Covent Garden in London's East End, but this project proved to be unsuccessful and the company had to file for comparison.
