Tom Prinsen

Tom Prinsen ( born September 9, 1982 in Hengelo ) is a Dutch speed skater.

Tom Prinsen debuted in 2001 on the international stage at the Junior World Championships in the small four-way battle in Groningen, where he finished eighth. A year later, he finished in fifth place Klobenstein, with the team he won the bronze medal. His first World Cup race denied Prinsen in November 2003, over 10,000 meters in Erfurt. The race of the B group he immediately won. A week later, he finished the 5000 - meter race in Heerenveen fourth place in the A group. In the all-round 2004 World Championships in Hamar, he came in sixth. In the overall World Cup on 5000/10.000 meters, he finished tenth.
