Tom & Thomas is a Dutch- English film directed by Esmé Lammers, a screen adaptation of the children's book Esmé Lammers and Hans Kuyper.
Action
The two 9 year old boys Tom and Thomas grow up in a completely different environment, and without that they know each other, they were always aware of the other's existence.
Thomas Sheppard lives with his adoptive father Paul in a sort of studio apartment and apparently has everything that a boy of his age could want: a private room, lots of toys, computers, bicycle.
