Tomas Oral

Tomas Oral (born 24 April 1973 in Ochsenfurt ) is a German football coach and former football player.

Career

About the SG Egelsbach (1994-1997, Regional ), Viktoria Aschaffenburg (1997-1999, Oberliga ) and Germania Horbach (1999/2000, Oberliga ) he came in 2000 as a player for FSV Frankfurt, who played in the then fourth division Oberliga Hessen. In summer 2006, the midfielder ended his active career.

Since 2003 Oral worked as a coach of the second team of FSV and led the team from the county class in the national league. For the season 2006/ 07 Oral rose to become coach of the league team. In the very first season under his leadership the FSV rose from the Oberliga Hessen in the Regionalliga and 2007/ 08 he succeeded with the first team promotion to the Second Bundesliga - his sixth rise one behind the other in six years as a coach .. Since he does not coaching qualifications possessed, he was officially represented by Ramon Berndroth. After Oral could hold in the 2008 /09 season with the FSV class, he resigned after eight winless league games at the start of season 2009/10, 4 October 2009 from his office. Until April 2010, Oral graduated from, among others, Markus Babbel and Christian goat's soccer coach training at the Hennes Weisweiler Academy of the German Sport University in Cologne and has since become the owner Fußballlehrer license of the German Football Association.

For the 2010/11 season, he took over as coach at third division RB Leipzig, the contract was not renewed at the end of the round, as the reason the missed sporting objectives were mentioned - the team finished the season in fourth place, falling short of the targeted promotion to the 3. league.

On November 10, 2011 Oral was introduced as the new coach of the second division FC Ingolstadt 04. He took over the club with nine points on the bottom of the table and the team should lead to the relegation of what he achieved in the penultimate round with a 1-0 home win against Energie Cottbus. Eight days after the end of the season 2012/13 Oral was dismissed by FC Ingolstadt 04.

Since February 18, 2014, he works as assistant coach Felix Magath at FC Fulham in the Premier League.

Life

Tomas Oral is married and trained as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant. He comes from an Aramaic family who emigrated in the 1960s from Midyat to Ochsenfurt.
