Tosiwo Nakayama
Tosiwo Nakayama ( born November 23, 1931 in Chuuk, † 29 March 2007 at Hawaii Medical Center, Honolulu, Hawaii) was the first President of the Federated States of Micronesia. He officiated for two Wahlperionden 1979-1987.
He was the son of a Japanese father and a native Mikronesierin.
