Trappola

Trappola (it. case ) or Bulka is the Piquet similar, historical card game for two, but usually three or four people and is played with the so-called Trappolierkarte, a variant of the Italian - Spanish map.

The origin of the Trappola - game is located in 16th century Venice. Gerolamo Cardano describes the game in his book Liber de Ludo Aleae in the form that was around 1530 in Sacco, a small town near Padua, in use. Trappola was common until the mid- 20th century, especially in Silesia, which is why the Trappolakarten are also known as Silesian playing cards, from the king - Italian Re - was doing " the deer ". The rules

The maps

The Trappola or Bulka game consists of 36 cards in four colors

The Bulka

A cup - the so-called Bulka - is placed in the middle of the table and serves as a fund for the stakes of the players. If a player manages to win three consecutive games, he receives the contents of the Bulka.

Preparations

Before starting a game, each player draws a card to determine a ranking: The player with the highest card is Player # 1, the one with the second highest card player # 2, etc.

The goal

The parts

Before the start of a round, the two active players each pay ten tokens in the Bulka. The respective challengers, so the new entrants player shuffles, then pull it off and shares the cards. Both players receive nine cards in three litters of three leaves. The remaining 18 cards are placed face down to one side.

The Report

After dividing the Report follows. If a player holds one of the following combinations of cards, he may announce, and will receive points as follows credited and payments from his opponent.

The playout

After completion of reporting the challenger plays from the first trick. In Trappola there are no trumps. There is a compulsion to follow, but it does not need to be stung.

If a player has three or four aces, he needs this only to report, if he plays the first.   • If a player wins all the tricks, he gets another bonus of 30 points, and the opponent has to pay 10 tokens in the Bulka.
