Triei

Triei is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1129 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the province of Ogliastra Sardinia. The community is located approximately 11.5 kilometers north- west of Tortoli. Through the community of Pramaera flows.

History

A particularly old giants grave was discovered in 1989. 1316 the name of the village was first mentioned in a document. The village Osono 1217 originated, has now fallen desolate.

Traffic

At the southeastern edge of the town, the Strada Statale 128 Centrale Sarda from Monastir leads along by Oniferi.
