Trin and the ruins Canaschal

Trin ( [ tʁin ]? / I, and German until 1943 officially Trins ) is a municipality in the district of Imboden Trins in the district of the canton of Graubünden in Switzerland. The three districts share the church in Trin. In the village Trin Digg and in the settlement at the former mill Trin there is no church.

Geography

The community is located about 12 kilometers west of the regional capital, Chur in the southern flank of the massif, which is dominated by Ringelspitz and the Crap Mats. The massif is a part of the Glarus Alps.

History
