Tupai or Motu Iti is an atoll in the archipelago of Society Islands in the Pacific Ocean and is part of French Polynesia. It is located about 17 kilometers northwest of Bora Bora and 460 km northwest of Tahiti and the Leeward Islands ( " Îles sous- le -Vent ") of the Society Islands counted.

Two major and several smaller islands surround the lagoon almost complete, the land area amounts to about 11 km ². On Tupai there is an airfield, to transport workers to the coconut palm plantations. However, the atoll has no permanent residents.
