The Turnagain River is a left tributary of the Kechika River in the Canadian province of British Columbia.

The Turnagain River has its origin in the Turnagain Lake on the Continental Divide at an altitude of 1193 m. It flows through the Cassiar Mountains in north- northeasterly direction. He takes on the Kutcho Creek from the right. Later, he should go east. The two right-hand tributaries Cassiar River and Dall River flowing to him from the south. Now he turns again towards the north.
