Türnitz is a market town with 1884 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013 ) in the district of Lilienfeld in Lower Austria.

Geography

Türnitz is located in the southwestern part of the Traisental, which is drained by the Türnitzer Traisen and heard as the other Traisen valleys to the Lower Austrian region of Most district.

History
