The Archbishop Exarchate of Donetsk is located in Ukraine Archiepiscopal Exarchate of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, based in Donetsk.
History
The Archbishop's Donetsk -Kharkiv Exarchate was established on 11 January 2002 by Pope John Paul II annexations of the Apostolic Exarchate Kiev Vyshhorod. First Exarch was Stephan Meniok CSsR.
On April 2, 2014, the Archbishop Donetsk -Kharkiv Exarchate was divided into the Archiepiscopal Exarchate of Donetsk and Kharkiv.
The Archbishop Exarchate of Donetsk Oblasts includes Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Luhansk, Poltava, Zaporozhye and Sumy.
