Ulleungdo
Ulleungdo ( [ul ː ɯŋdo ] Hangeul: 울릉도, Hanja :郁 陵 岛, Revised: Ulleungdo, McCune -R:. Ullungdo, western Name: Dagelet ) is a South Korean island in the Sea of Japan.
Geography
Ulleungdo is about 120 kilometers from the mainland of the Korean Peninsula and 90 kilometers from the Liancourt Rocks. It is of volcanic origin and therefore has rocky and rugged coastlines. Besides fishing - among other things squid - tourism is the main industry.

History
