Unni Wilhelmsen

Unni Wilhelmsen Elisabeth ( born July 12, 1971 in Oslo) is a Norwegian folk, pop and jazz singer.

Life

Unni Wilhelmsen learned piano as a child, initially, with ten years she switched to guitar. It began with twenty years as a singer / songwriter, inter alia, with songs from Lille Bjørn Nilsen or Bob Dylan to perform in a club in Oslo; it was known in 1997 with her ​​debut album To Whom It May Concern, for which she was charged with two Norwegian Spellemannprisen excellent ( in the categories of Best Female Artist and Best Album of the Year ).
