Valeria Bruni Tedeschi

Valeria Bruni Tedeschi ( born November 16, 1964 in Turin) is a grown up in France, Italian - French actress, film director, writer and singer.

Life

Bruni Tedeschi Turin comes from a family of industrialists. Her father is the art collector and composer Alberto Bruni Tedeschi (1915-1996), her mother, the concert pianist Marisa Borini (* 1930). Her younger (half) sister Carla Bruni. From the age of nine Bruni Tedeschi grew up in France.

Bruni Tedeschi was taught at drama school in Nanterre by Patrice Chéreau and Pierre Romans. Her first starring role was in 1987 in the film Hôtel de France by Patrice Chéreau. After that she was seen in numerous films, they often show as fragile and broken woman. In 2003, she debuted as a director with the comedy Il est plus facile pour un chameau ... that highlight their " hard luck " ironically industrialist 's daughter. In 2004 she was a jury member of the Berlinale.

In spring 2009, Bruni Tedeschi adopted with her partner Louis Garrel, whom she met in 2007 while filming for Actrices, a 4 month old african baby.
