Vemdalen

Vemdalen is a place ( tätort ) in the historic province Härjedalen and the County of Jämtland County. Vemdalen belongs to the municipality Härjedalen and is an important tourist center.

The town has a local history museum and the 1773 -built block construction church is with an older, free-standing bell tower.

Vemdalen was also one of the venues of the Alpine Ski World Cup 1990.
