Veysel Cihan

Veysel Cihan ( born February 4, 1976 in Avanos ) is a Turkish football player.

Career

Association

Veysel started his career in 1994 at Nevşehirspor. 1998 he moved to Denizlispor. In his first year at Denizlispor he went with the team on in the Süper Lig. He scored 18 goals and was a key player in this season. He played four years for Denizlispor until he moved to the capital to Ankara Gençlerbirliği. In Gençlerbirliği he could continue his good performance. In the years 2003 and 2004, he was with Gençlerbirliği Vice Cup winner. For the season 2004 /05 was committed by Beşiktaş Istanbul.

With the transfer to Beşiktaş pressure to perform at Veysel Cihan grew and his power declined. After two years left to pull him to Gaziantepspor. In Gaziantep Cihan remained one season and moved to Konyaspor. In Konyaspor he was two years starting players. After Konyaspor relegation in the 2008 /09 season, Veysel left the club and went free transfer to Antalyaspor.

For the 2012/13 season, he joined the second division Boluspor and played here a long season.

National

In 2002-2003 Veysel played four times for the second selection of the Turkish national football team.
