Vickie Guerrero
Vickie Lynn Guerrero, born Lara, (* April 16, 1968 in El Paso, Texas) is an American wrestling Actress. It is currently under contract with WWE and appears regularly in their wrestling shows. She is the widow of the late wrestler Eddie Guerrero.
Private life
Guerrero married Eddie Guerrero on April 24, 1990. Together they have two daughters, Shaul Marie (born 14 October 1990) and Sherilyn Amber ( born July 8, 1995). She is also the stepmother Eddie's youngest daughter Kaylie Marie ( * 2002), she was born while her and Eddie's short marital separation. Shaul Marie is like her mother under WWE contract and currently wrestle as Raquel Diaz at the WWE developmental league NXT Wrestling.
Career
2005-2006
Vickie Guerrero played no role in the wrestling business before the death of her husband. Only in the context of the storylines of her husband she had brief appearances. On November 13, 2005 passed away Eddie Guerrero, who was under contract with WWE, surprisingly as a result of heart failure in his hotel room in Minneapolis. The owner of the WWE, Vince McMahon, told a press conference after Eddie Guerrero's death that the WWE will honor the family Eddie forever. A few months later, Vickie Guerrero appeared frequently on television shows of the WWE, usually within a storyline between Chavo Guerrero, her nephew, and Rey Mysterio, a good friend of her late husband, in which she represented initially wanting to settle the dispute, but later for Chavo Guerrero party seized. Guerrero was by this action for Heel and appeared in a row as manager Chavos. She filled this role in a subsequent feud between Chavo and Benoit, which ended with a separation of the vehicle combination.
2008-2013
In early 2008 formed the WWE to Guerrero and Edge around the group La Familia, consisting of Chavo Guerrero, Bam Neely whose bodyguard, Curt Hawkins, Zack Ryder and Edge. As part of the storyline, the then General Manager of SmackDown, Vickie Guerrero and Edge fell in love and got married then ( kayfabe ). They took advantage of their power to see their " loved ones " as possible in the title race for the World Heavyweight Championship, and later WWE Championship, . During this time, Batista, CM Punk, The Undertaker, Jeff Hardy, John Cena and Triple H feud opponents. These feuds were also Alicia Fox Big Show involved.
She was after Stephanie McMahon was attacked by Randy Orton, Interim General Manager of RAW. From April 6, 2009 until June 8, 2009 Guerrero was the official General Manager of Monday Night RAW and gave this place as General Manager of SmackDown to their predecessor and former assistant Theodore Long from. During a storyline with Santina Marella Guerrero became the new Miss Wrestlemania. The story ended in a Hog Pen Match at Extreme Rules on 7 June 2009, Santina Marella won, but was later fired by Donald Trump. A day later, she gave her resignation as General Manager of RAW and left the WWE because they want to take better care of their children.
For the 10-year anniversary episode of SmackDown on October 2, 2009, it provided Teddy Long before her new boyfriend Eric Escobar and returned as his manager to WWE. Mr. McMahon asked Guerrero short time later when Teddy Long's consultant, as long as it is based on observation. She finished working with her boyfriend Eric Escobar after he lost a WWE Intercontinental Championship match against John Morrison. At WrestleMania 26, she participated in a 10 Diva tag team match, and won this for her team, after a frog splash to commemorate her late husband Eddie Guerrero. Thereafter, it was used by January to May 2010 regularly as a manager for LayCool ( Layla & Michelle McCool ). From 7 September to 30 November 2010, she was the Pro at NXT Season 3 of Kaitlyn, who won this season.
From June 2010, Guerrero was working as a manager of Dolph Ziggler. She helped Ziggler to win the Intercontinental Title to Kofi Kingston. After the title loss to Kingston they feuded with Ziggler against Kelly Kelly and Edge to the World Heavyweight Championship. After an attack on Teddy Long on Smackdown she was the acting General Manager. They appointed Ziggler on 15 February 2011 as the new World Heavyweight Champion after she picked arbitrarily Edge the title. After returning from Long were Guerrero and Ziggler, the evening of the appointment lost the title back to Edge, fired as part of the storyline and had to leave Smackdown.
On March 4, 2011 Guerrero then moved to RAW and was still visible on the side of Dolph Ziggler. From September 2011 to June 18, 2012, she was responsible also Jack Swagger.
On October 22, 2012, she was appointed Managing Supervisor of RAW. As part of a feud with Dolph Ziggler against AJ Lee and John Cena ended in RAW on 17 December 2012 after two and a half years, the business relationship with Ziggler. On July 9, 2013 Guerrero was fired as managing supervisor and replaced by her assistant Brad Maddox as General Manager. Eight days later, Guerrero was the second time permanent General Manager of SmackDown.
Criticism
