Victor O. Frazer

Victor O. Frazer ( born May 24, 1943 in Charlotte Amalie, Saint Thomas ) is a politician of the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Life

Frazer visited the Charlotte Amalie High School. He then studied at Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee, where he received in 1964 a Bachelor of Arts (BA). At the Law School Howard University in Washington, DC He received his Juris Doctor in 1971. In the same year he was admitted to the Bars and Law Societies of New York, Maryland, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Frazer was now working as a lawyer. He also worked in the banking industry, including for the Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company and the Security Trust Company.

In 1994 he was elected as an Independent in the 104th Congress and represented there, the U.S. Virgin Islands as a delegate from 3 January 1995 to January 3, 1997 at the House of Representatives. In the elections to the 105th Congress, he could not defend his seat.
