Viktor Viktorovych Yanukovych

Viktor Yanukovych Wiktorowytsch (Ukrainian Віктор Вікторович Янукович; born 16 July 1981 in Jenakijewo, Donetsk Oblast ) is a Ukrainian politician. He is the youngest son of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.

Viktor Yanukovych studied economics at the University of Donetsk. After his studies, he first had management positions in various companies in the Donetsk region held.

In the 2006 general election he was first elected to the Verkhovna Rada; he could defend his parliamentary seat at the 2007 and 2012 elections. He is a member of the parliamentary committee on transport and communications and has at times been the chairman of the youth organization of the Party of Regions.

Yanukovych is racers and won a race in 2011 the event " Ukraine Trophy". Since January 2013 he is President of the Federation d' automobile Ukraine FAU ( Автомобильной Федерации Украины ).

On 6 March 2014, the Council of the European Union in Brussels has imposed by Regulation 208/2014 restrictive measures against Viktor Yanukovych Wiktorowytsch. This is justified by the prosecution of Yanukovych for the investigation of criminal offenses in connection with the embezzlement of public funds of Ukraine and illegal transfer of funds abroad.
