Vini Monteschiavo Jesi

Monte Schiavo Jesi is an Italian women's volleyball club from Jesi ( Marche region ), who played in the Italian Serie A1 2001-2010.

History

Monte Schiavo Jesi was founded in 1969 and played from 2001 to 2010 in the highest Italian league " Serie A1 ". The women constantly played with in the top group and reached the final in 2006 and 2007 of the Italian championship. 2006 reached to the Italian Cup final. Also in Europe, Monte Schiavo Jesi was successful. Thus, in 2004 second and 2005 third in the CEV Cup. In the Champions League Monte Schiavo reached the 2007/08 quarter-finals and 2009 you won the Challenge Cup. The team entered under the name of " Vini Monteschiavo Jesi ", " Monte Schiavo Banca Marche Jesi " and " Giannino Pieralisi Volley ". In 2010, the team moved back into the "Series B2 ".
