Virgin Islands at the 2002 Winter Olympics
The U.S. Virgin Islands participated in 2002 for the fifth time at the Olympic Winter Games in part. A total of eight athletes competed in the luge and bobsleigh for the country, medals were not won.
Flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the luger Dinah Browne. Her colleague Anne Abernathy was old during the competitions in sledding 48 years and 307 days, and is thus the oldest contestant at the Olympic Winter Games.
