Vital (grape)

The white grape Vital is an autochthonous variety from Portugal. She is there good spread many areas and covered with approximately 5,065 hectares Rank 3 of the white grape varieties in Portugal. Recommended is their cultivation in the regions of Trás -os- Montes, Beira Litoral, Ribatejo, Beira Interior Sul, Beira Interior Norte and Oeste. In particular, in the wine growing region around Torres Vedras its cultivation is widespread.

The early -ripening vine provides simple, high alcohol wines for early consumption. They are often used in blends, where they bring in alcohol.
