Vladimir Antipin

Vladimir Jurjewitsch Antipin (Russian Владимир Юрьевич Антипин; born April 18, 1970 in Temirtau, Kazakh SSR ) is a retired Kazakh hockey player and current coach.

Career

Vladimir Antipin began his career in the 1988/89 season with the Soviet second division Awtomobilist Karaganda. In his first season, he completed seven games. 1991 Antipin played in the first Soviet League Torpedo Ust- Kamenogorsk. In 1996, the defender for Czech club HC České Budějovice, where he played only one season. After that, he was obliged by the Russian first division club Metallurg Magnitogorsk for two seasons. Further stations were since the 2000 /01 season HK Lada Togliatti, Severstal Cherepovets, Metallurg Novokuznetsk, HK Avangard Omsk, HK Sibir Novosibirsk, Kasachmys Karaganda, Mechel Chelyabinsk and HK Chimik Moskovskaya Oblast. In Amur Khabarovsk of Russia Antipin stood from 2006 to 2009 under contract and then moved to the Kazakh club Barys Astana, where he ended his career in 2010.

In the season 2010/11 he worked as an assistant coach at Sibirskije Snaipery Novosibirsk from the multinational junior league Molodjoschnaja Chokkeinaja league.

Internationally

In 1998, Vladimir Antipin with Kazakhstan to the Winter Olympic Games in Nagano in part and in seven games, scoring a goal and an Assist In 2006 Antipin was appointed to the Kazakh national team, and participated at the 2006 Winter Olympics, where he in five games a hit could chalk up. In addition Antipin denied for Kazakhstan twelve games at the World Championships in 2004 and 2005, collecting two points scorer.
