Vladimir Latin

Vladimir Latin (born 30 May 1985 in Narva ) is an Estonian rowers.

Sporting successes

His first international use Latin had at the Junior World Championships 2003 in Athens. He finished there in the double sculls with Oleg Dmitriev the 20th Place. 2004 missed the duo at the U23 race in fourth place with just a medal. This, however, they succeeded in the U23 World Championships in Amsterdam, where she won the bronze medal. 2006 Create Lation with Leonid Gulov at the World Championships in Eton. However, they dropped out early and only occupied the 20th place. The following year, Latin joined the Estonian sculls. At the European Championships she finished fifth. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing she missed again the A-final and were ninth. Latin competed at the 2008 European Championships in Athens with Kaspar Taimsoo in the double sculls. The duo won the silver medal there. Together with Andrei Jämsä, Igor Kuzmin and Tõnu Endrekson Latin won the bronze medal at the European Championships in Brest. The World Rowing Championships 2009, they were tithing.
